Job Overview


Hill Counseling and Consulting P.C. is seeking two full-time contracted Licensed Mental Health Therapist who are independently licensed in Nebraska. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health counseling services to individuals and families, with a focus on promoting emotional well-being and resilience. This role requires a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.

Contracted Licensed Therapist will independently manage their assigned caseload including but not limited to scheduling therapy appointments, conducting in-person or virtual telehealth sessions and completing of clinical documentation. Contracted Licensed Therapist will maintain their own Professional Liability Insurance. Contracted Therapist is expected to maintain a minimum of 20 direct hours per week.

Hill Counseling will provide office space, credentialing, supervision, consultation, referrals, documentation platform, and billing to contracted therapist.

Duties



Participate in Supervision or Consultation with Carrie Hillebrandt M.S., LIMHP as required by Clinical License (PLMHP or LMHP) or minimum of once monthly if holding a LIMHP. Maintain professional licensure, complete all mandatory CEU's for licensure and maintain liability insurance. Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based practices. Provide psychotherapy services utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT) Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Facilitating Attuned Interactions (FAN), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing. Implement crisis intervention strategies as needed to ensure client safety and well-being. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and case management. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ICD coding standards. Engage in telehealth sessions as appropriate to expand access to care for clients. Although Contracted Therapist will manage their own scheduling, they must have availability at least three evenings per week or two evenings and one weekend day per week to accommodate referrals.

Experience


Candidates should possess the following skills and experiences:

Completed master's in clinical mental health counseling. Nebraska PLMHP, LMHP or LIMHP. Access to own computer or laptop, high speed internet and a mobile phone. Highly organized and self-disciplined to independently manage caseload, patient records, client communication, etc. Proven experience in psychotherapy, including child & family counseling and working with individuals with complex trauma. Familiarity with crisis management techniques and behavior management strategies. Knowledge of medical terminology, patient assessment processes, and medical records management is essential. Experience working with specific populations such as early child mental health, children, adolescents, adults or geriatrics preferred. Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
