Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, LMFT or equivalent). Clinicians of marginalized experience are encouraged to apply to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with or an interest in providing holistic therapeutic services to individuals, couples or groups focusing on overall wellness, counseling and healing. Duties

Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based practices. Provide psychotherapy using various therapeutic modalities Facilitate individual, couples and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all participants. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including intake forms, progress notes, assessments, and treatment planning. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

Experience

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

Experience and interest in mental health counseling with a focus on holistic care. Graduation from an accredited master's program. Comfort level with rapport building, self-awareness, and skill building Experience in trauma informed, evidenced based, inclusive care. Proven skill in maintaining accurate and timely documentation, electronic health record use and time management. Training in any trauma informed modalities (EMDR, CPT, TF-CBT, IFS, etc) a plus. Training in Co-occurring disorders, SFBT and experience with EAP clients a plus.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
