Compensation:

$72,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans for clients in Ankeny, IA. Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address a wide range of behavioral health concerns. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to establish, implement, and refine treatment goals and interventions. Track client progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Apply evidence-based therapeutic practices and counseling methods in daily clinical work. Deliver behavioral therapy and interventions that promote lasting positive change in clients' lives. Stay informed on current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health counseling through continuous learning and professional collaboration.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field. State of Iowa licensure (temporary licenses will be considered). 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred. Experience supporting clients with addictive disorders is highly valued. Background in working with both individuals and couples is strongly preferred. Solid knowledge of mental health laws, ethical standards, and best practices is a plus. Strong foundation in behavioral therapy techniques and evidence-based interventions. Ability to provide both in-person and virtual therapy sessions. Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
