Duties

- Conduct individual, family, or couple therapy sessions with clients to address their mental health concerns

- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals

- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and be proficient and comfortable with your modality of choice.

- Assess and diagnose mental health disorders using the ICD-10 classification system

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients

- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in need

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field

- Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) in the

State of California

- Experience working with individuals, couples, and families.

- Knowledge of PTSD care and treatment modalities

- Strong understanding of mental health counseling principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients from diverse backgrounds

- Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic patient care

- Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation requirements
