Licensed Mental Health Provider

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health disorders Implement treatment plans and interventions to individuals receiving treatment for mental health or substance use disorders Assist in crisis management and de-escalation techniques Monitor the use of psychotropic medications prescribed to Conduct data collection and maintain accurate records of client progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans Facilitate group therapy sessions and educational programs Assist in behavior management and intervention strategies Conduct clinical assessments to perspective serviced individuals
Skills:

Proficiency in crisis management and de-escalation techniques Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medication administration Familiarity with special education principles and practices Ability to provide child and family counseling services Strong skills in mental health counseling and therapy modalities Experience in data collection and analysis for treatment planning Proficient in behavior management techniques and intervention strategies Knowledge of clinical research methodologies and ethics Understanding of addiction counseling principles and practices
Must be licensed as a Supervisee/ licensed mental health professional (or type) by the Virginia Board of Counseling.

Pay: $30.03 - $50.65 per hour
