North Star Therapy

is a thriving private practice in downtown Tampa offering both in-person and telehealth counseling. We're seeking a

licensed LMHC or LCSW

to join our growing team.

This position includes

two or three weekdays of your choosing plus availability every other Saturday 10am-2pm for in-office sessions

, with

unlimited telehealth sessions

outside of those days. You'll enjoy

steady intakes

and can quickly grow to your

ideal caseload

. We handle all the details so you can focus on your clients.

Our billing department takes care of

insurance credentialing, billing, and claim submission

, and you'll have full access to our

EHR system

. With flexible scheduling, consistent referrals, and strong administrative support, all you need to do is show up for your clients.

This is a

1099 position

and the pay rate is $60 per session.

Most of our clients use insurance

, and therapist pay is based off 60% of

current insurance pay schedules.

We are constantly advocating for our therapists and negotiating higher pay rates.
