Essential Requirements

Licensed to practice Mental Health in New York (LMHC) Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of therapeutic skills Strong work ethic and integrity, driven by a genuine passion for therapy and the healing process Dedicated schedule, completing 30-35 direct service hours per week

Your Role and Responsibilities

Proactively manage scheduling and cancellations through our EHR platform Conduct initial intakes, treatment plans, and complete SOAP notes Provide meaningful telehealth care for adult individuals and couples, managing weekly sessions and treatment Maintain a private, quiet space to conduct therapy sessions Participate in biweekly peer counseling sessions and monthly professional development workshops
