Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)



About the Role

Telos Health Systems is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide initial diagnostic evaluations and follow-up psychotherapy sessions for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).



This is a flexible fee-for-service position (minimum 2 days per week role out of Monday - Friday, working in-person) that allows you to focus on patient care while our administrative team handles billing and authorizations.

What You'll Do



Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments of patients' mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs



Provide follow-up psychotherapy and ongoing treatment



Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams to develop and support treatment plans



Document patient interactions, assessments, and progress according to state, federal, and organizational standards



What You'll Need



Active Florida LMHC license (full licensure is required)



Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling



Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Coverage Area - Working in-person 1 day in Gainesville + 1 day in Ocala

Schedule:

Fee-for-service; minimum 2 days per week, flexible days
