Licensed Mental Health Clinicians

to join our nationwide behavioral health team. We have a critical need to expand our network to provide essential mental health services to federal wildland firefighters and dispatchers across 17 states. This is a flexible, hybrid role designed to support those who protect our communities while fitting into your schedule.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to be a vital source of support for first responders. As a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, you will provide confidential, trauma-informed services tailored to the unique emotional and psychological challenges of their high-stress roles.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy (in-person & virtual) addressing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, burnout, suicide, and substance use disorders. Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support during emergencies. Maintain secure and confidential client records in compliance with federal standards.

Qualifications

Master's or Doctorate in a mental health field. Independent licensure in the state where services are provided. At least 2 years of post-licensure experience providing direct clinical care is preferred. Expertise in trauma-informed care and working with first responders is highly valued. Specialized training or experience with trauma-focused modalities (e.g., EMDR, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy) is strongly preferred.
