```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Clinician to join our team. As a Mental Health Clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing support and treatment to individuals with mental health conditions and challenging circumstances. Your responsibilities will include assessing treatment needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and assessing growth. You will be responsible for using evidence-based treatment modalities with clients to support their defined growth, preferably EMDR (EMDRIA supported). ```Responsibilities```

- Conduct intake appointments

- Assess treatment needs
- Implement treatment plans -Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities as they are trained
- Conduct individual, family therapy, with the option of group therapy
- Collect and record data on patient progress and behaviors
- Monitor patients for any changes in behavior or condition
- Provide crisis intervention as needed, however no "on-call" responsibilities required
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

```Requirements```
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field

- Virginia State Licensure in clinical work (LCSW, LPC, etc.) and in good standing with the respective board
- Experience working with children, adolescents and families
- Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Understanding of mental health conditions and treatment modalities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

Position Details & Pay Information:

- Part-time, 15-20 clinical hours per week.

- Flexible schedule, with some evening availability.

- 60/40 split for pay for clinical sessions

- Bi-weekly employee pay schedule.

- Free clinical supervision.

- No show protection.

- Newly furnished office space with collaborative area to offer group therapy.

- Successful candidates must complete and pass a criminal history background check.
