Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Master of Social Work (MSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and mental health counseling, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering individual and group therapy sessions to clients across various settings. The LMSW will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

Duties

Develop, update, and monitor Individual Service Plans (ISPs) in partnership with youth, families, and treatment staff. Hold regular one-on-one check-ins with youth to review goals and progress. Lead treatment team meetings to make sure youth have a say in their care plans and choices. Coordinate services across program, school, courts, and community providers. Maintain accurate, timely case notes and documentation consistent with standards. Provide family engagement support, including scheduling family therapy and education sessions. Track progress on goals like safety, learning new skills, and family connections. Participate in ongoing staff training, fidelity reviews, and quality improvement activities.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, child development, or related field (Master's preferred). School enrollments, attending court appearances with clients Extensive documentation practices Minimum of one year of experience in case management or child welfare. Strong skills in organization, communication, and youth/family engagement. Familiarity with trauma-informed care and child welfare practices. Ability to obtain Texas Child-Centered Care certification within 90 days of hire.

Base Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
