Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist who specializes in lymphatic drainage, Swedish massage and post operative care to join our wellness team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our clients' healing and wellness journeys. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, along with the ability to provide exceptional patient care. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering high-quality massage therapy services to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and medical histories. Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals. Administer various massage techniques including Manual Lymphatic Massage, Swedish massage, post operative care And others. Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Educate patients on self-care techniques and wellness practices to enhance their recovery process. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Stay updated on the latest trends in massage therapy and wellness practices.

Skills

Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to effectively address patient needs. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Swedish massage. Communication & Client Care Professionalism & Reliability Ability to assess patients accurately and develop effective treatment plans. Strong communication skills for interacting with patients and collaborating with healthcare teams. Experience in a med spa environment is a plus but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
