Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist with a minimum of two years of experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a variety of advanced treatments such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Prenatal Massage, Sports Massage, Scalp massage, Dry Brushing, Hot stone therapy, Cupping (dynamic and static), Scrubs (back, foot, and hand).

Responsibilities:

Main responsibility of a Massage Therapist will be to provide the highest levelof customer service and deliver an outstanding spa experience to our members and guests through a friendly and nurturing attitude Massage Therapist is to provide consistent and professional treatments Maintain expert knowledge from a Massage Therapist on product usage and deliver customized guest recommendations Massage Therapists is to build and maintain a regular clientele while promoting member referral and treatment packages Maintain a clean treatment room; replenish all supplies at the end of the shift and prepare the room for the next service following all TDLR guidelines Keep up to date with the latest trends and product innovations in the industry Maintain accurate client records and track treatment progress Build strong client relationships through exceptional service and personalized care Work collaboratively with fellow teammates to maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
Requirements:

Massage Therapist License (valid in Texas) Minimum of 2 years of experience A passion for your craft and a serving spirit A passion for continued education and staying current with industry developments Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Compensation:
