Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the insurance process. Administer sales documentation and maintain accurate records in compliance with industry regulations, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives to promote insurance products and services. Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective clients and generate leads. Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations to provide knowledgeable advice.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales is essential. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
