Licensed Insurance Agent

What You'll Do
Manage and grow a personal lines book of business through new and renewal marketing.
Conduct account reviews and ensure clients have the right coverage for their needs.
Process policy changes including new vehicles, drivers, or mortgage updates.
Respond to billing inquiries, process payments, and resolve account issues.
Monitor claims activity and follow up with clients to provide updates and support.
Work directly with multiple carriers and brokers, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.
Serve as a trusted liaison between clients, underwriters, and company representatives.
What We're Looking For
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in personal lines or a related insurance role preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and empathetic client approach.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook) and comfort navigating carrier systems.
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
