Position Overview

We're seeking a

Licensed Esthetician

who is passionate, skilled, and client-focused to join our growing MedLounge team. The ideal candidate has a

minimum of 2 years of esthetics experience

, a

welcoming, bubbly personality

, and a genuine love for helping clients achieve radiant, healthy skin. You'll collaborate with a team of nurses and wellness professionals in a supportive, high-end environment offering the latest aesthetic technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Perform customized esthetic services including

HydraFacials, chemical peels, facial treatments, and skincare consultations

. Build lasting relationships with clients by providing personalized treatment plans and education. Maintain accurate and organized client records using

Boulevard EMR

(training provided if needed). Educate clients on at-home skincare routines and professional-grade products including

ZO Skin Health, SkinBetter Science, Epicutis, and Face Reality

. Ensure every guest experience is

welcoming, relaxing, and results-driven

, in line with the MedLounge standard. Maintain the highest sanitation and sterilization standards per state regulations. Stay current with the latest skincare technologies, devices, and trends.

Be comfortable engaging in social media content creation

-- including posting or participating in short videos (Instagram, TikTok) to showcase treatments, promote services, or share skincare education.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Valid California Esthetician License

required.

Minimum 2 years of experience

in a spa or medspa environment. Prior experience with

HydraFacials and chemical peels

preferred. Excellent communication, professionalism, and client service skills. A

welcoming, bubbly, and confident personality

that fosters trust and connection with clients. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Passion for skincare, wellness, and continuous professional growth.
