Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our new med spa in the heart od downtown Livermore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various esthetic treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves working closely with clients to enhance their beauty and wellness through a variety of services, ensuring that they leave feeling rejuvenated and satisfied. A successful Esthetician will not only possess technical skills but also excel in communication and guest services.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and dermal fillers. Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations. Manage appointments using salon software such vagaro Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products for retail sales. Stay updated on the latest trends in beauty treatments, including botulinum toxin treatment, esthetic laser treatment, and hair extensions. Engage in social media management to promote services and enhance the salon's online presence. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, ensuring excellent hospitality. Upsell services and products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficient in sanitation practices and maintaining cleanliness standards. Knowledge of cosmetology principles including color theory, makeup application, and nail care. Experience with management tasks such as front desk operations and scheduling. Familiarity with various esthetic techniques including deep tissue massage, hair threading, tattooing, and barbering. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to demonstrate products effectively while engaging customers in retail sales conversations. Pay: $31.79 - $38.29 per hour
