Licensed Esthetician - Independent Contractor (Not a Salary Position)

What We Offer

Private Treatment Room:

Low monthly rental fee of

$500

for your own dedicated space within FrostFit Cryo.

Revenue Share Structure:

75/25 split

-- You keep 75% for clients you bring in.

65/35 split

-- You keep 65% for clients referred by FrostFit Cryo.

Referral Incentive:

Earn

10%

of any FrostFit Cryo package purchased by a client you refer.

Receive generous discounts on FrostFit Cryo services for your own wellness and recovery.

Marketing Support:

Your business will have a dedicated page on the FrostFit Cryo website and be included in our advertising and promotional efforts to help you grow your clientele.

Responsibilities

Provide professional esthetic services (facials, skincare treatments, waxing, etc.) in accordance with your licensure and training. Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming treatment environment. Manage your own scheduling, clientele, and product inventory. Collaborate with FrostFit Cryo's staff to enhance the client experience and support overall wellness.
Requirements

Active

Pennsylvania Esthetician License

Professional liability insurance

(required). Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability. Ability to operate independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude.
