? About Nia Counseling & Consulting Services
Nia Counseling & Consulting Services (Nia CCS) is a thriving, Black woman-owned group practice founded by Dr. Kimesha C. Morris, PhD, LCSW, offering high-quality, culturally responsive therapy for individuals and families.
At Nia, "purpose" isn't just our name -- it's how we practice, connect, and lead.
We are committed to creating safe, affirming spaces for Black and Brown individuals and for anyone navigating complex identities, stress, or emotional weight in a world that doesn't always see them fully.
Our work environment reflects the same values we bring to our clients: reflection, authenticity, depth, and emotional restoration.
We believe clinicians thrive when they can breathe easier, think deeper, and show up whole.
Here, you're not just another therapist in a rotation -- you're part of a community moving toward more intentional, human-centered healing.
We're expanding our team of licensed clinicians who want to do meaningful clinical work without burnout, without micromanagement, and without losing their humanity in the process.
?? The Role
We're seeking a fully licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) to join our
expanding team -- virtually, in person, or both.
You'll provide psychotherapy within a supportive, well-structured practice that allows you to focus on your craft rather than administrative overload.
Ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility and independence:
This position is designed for fully licensed clinicians who may already hold a primary job but wish to supplement their work with additional clients in a supportive, low-stress environment.
It's also ideal for clinicians who want to maintain a smaller caseload to balance family life or other commitments, as well as for independent practitioners who prefer a full-time caseload with the support of a team and administrative infrastructure--but without the constraints of traditional employment or benefits. You'll have full control over your hours and caseload while being part of a reflective, culturally responsive team.
Minimum caseload: 10 client sessions per week
Scheduling: 100% flexible -- you set your hours.
