We are seeking passionate

Licensed Clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC)

to join our expanding team as

1099 independent contractors

Responsibilities

Provide individual, couple, and family therapy via telehealth. Complete documentation (progress notes, treatment plans) within required timeframes.

Utilize AI-powered note transcriber tools

to streamline progress note writing and reduce administrative burden. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client's needs. Participate in team meetings and trainings to support ongoing professional growth.
Qualifications

Active

LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or LMHC

license in

PA, TX, MD, or NC

(dual licensure a plus). Strong clinical skills in relational, systemic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive care. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team. Comfortable using telehealth platforms and maintaining timely documentation. Openness to integrating technology, including AI tools, into daily practice.
Schedule & Compensation

This is a

1099 Independent Contractor position

with flexible scheduling options:

Part-Time:

20-23 client hours per week

Full-Time:

30-35 client hours per week

Hours are negotiable and structured to offset cancellations

while maintaining a stable caseload.

Pay Rate:

$60 per client session. Clinicians are

paid for late cancellations and no-shows
