Maximus is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team of Assessors in our Child Mental Health Wraparound program. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide clinical guidance, support professional development, and provide oversight while helping shape a new program.
About the program We are contracted with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) Division of Mental Health and Addiction (DMHA) to begin management of the Statewide Child Mental Health Wraparound Access Site. In this role, Maximus assessors will work with Indiana youth and their families to provide them with informational in-person consultations about available resources and where appropriate, administer assessments. The State will review assessment results and make decisions about potential eligibility for various wraparound around services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of employees through cultivation of a high performance team
- Ensure adequate staff coverage for assigned program area
- Serve as subject matter expert for identified area of program knowledge
- Ensure assigned team is meeting contract and individual SLA's, and related requirements
- Work with contract management and shared services to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies
- May attend client and stakeholder meetings
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of two years of related experience.
- Masters Degree
- Possess an active license in one of the following clinical credentials: Psychiatrist, Physician, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (credentialed in psychiatric or mental health nursing by the American Nurses Credentialing Center), Licensed Psychologist (or endorsed as a Health Service Provider in Psychology), or Licensed Independent Practice School Psychologist.
Preferred Requirements
- Prior experience completing clinical assessments.
- At least one (1) year of case management experience.
- At least one (1) year of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with wraparound or waiver services/programs.
