Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals and groups, focusing on mental health support and counseling. This role requires expertise in various therapeutic modalities, particularly in working with geriatric populations and individuals on the autism spectrum. The LCSW will ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while delivering high-quality care.

Duties

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address mental health issues and promote emotional well-being. Utilize ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation of diagnoses and treatment plans. Implement applied behavior analysis techniques when working with individuals with autism. Collect and analyze data to assess client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Provide Christian counseling services when appropriate, integrating faith-based principles into therapeutic practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans for clients. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all client interactions. Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in social work.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution. Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred. Proficiency in individual and group therapy techniques, including knowledge of applied behavior analysis. Familiarity with data collection methods for tracking client outcomes. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
