Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, focusing on various needs including PTSD care, crisis intervention, and support for individuals with autism. The LCSW will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatment plans while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. The ideal candidate will be experienced, compassionate, and driven to make a positive impact on the lives of young people. You'll be working closely with youth and young adults, providing clinical support, advocacy, and therapeutic services.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients. Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients in acute distress. Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for patients, including those requiring home community care. Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques when working with individuals on the autism spectrum. Educate clients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies. Ensure all practices adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality. Facilitate youth and family groups.

Experience

A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. Valid LCSW license in the state of practice. Experience in providing therapy for PTSD care and working with individuals with autism is preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential. Previous experience in group therapy settings is advantageous. Strong understanding of crisis intervention techniques and patient assessment methodologies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
