Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). The role is based in Hamilton Township, NJ, with some work from home flexibility. The Licensed Associate Counselor will be responsible for providing therapy services to clients, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining client records. The LAC will also engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate with a supportive team of colleagues.

Compensation/Benefits

This position is a full-time LAC position. Guide To Grow Therapy requires a 20-client caseload minimum for full-time clinicians Free weekly supervision is included to all Licensed Associate Counselors as an added benefit to the employee In-person sessions are required to be conducted at our office location in Hamilton, NJ Clinicians may elect to facilitate telehealth sessions from home or on-site Full-time clinicians receive additional employee benefits provided by Guide To Grow Therapy Competitive fee paid per session to all full-time clinicians All positions are w2 with compensation paid bi-weekly

Qualifications

Proficient in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans Effective counseling and therapeutic skills Experience in maintaining accurate client records and documentation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field New Jersey Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) certification required Experience in telehealth modalities is a plus Candidates with licensure in-process may apply
