Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Licensed Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in architectural design and project management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. This role involves collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring architectural visions to life while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Duties

Must be licensed in Pennsylvania. Develop architectural designs and plans using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Conduct project scheduling to ensure timely completion of all phases of construction. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements. Prepare construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts. Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Engage in business development activities to promote architectural services and expand client relationships. Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project cost assessments. Oversee the renovation of existing structures while ensuring adherence to design integrity. Manage projects from conception through completion, ensuring quality control at each stage. Utilize software tools such as NavisWorks, Grasshopper 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch for advanced design capabilities. Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors to secure favorable terms for all parties involved.

Experience

Candidates should have a degree in Architecture or a related field along with relevant professional experience. Proficiency in drafting and CAD software is essential. Experience in construction management, interior design, budgeting, and project management will be highly regarded. Familiarity with key architectural tools such as 3ds Max is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are crucial for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $82,922.15 - $99,863.23 per year
