Smith Solutions Plumbing is seeking a skilled and motivated licensed Apprentice Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing, have experience in service and residential construction, and have a valid driver's license.

Duties & Qualifications:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes and small commercial properties Perform rough and finish plumbing for remodels, additions, and new construction Diagnose issues, provide repair options, and execute solutions efficiently Use hand and power tools safely and effectively on the job Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and contractors on-site Maintain a clean and professional work environment Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber or similar role in construction plumbing. Familiarity with HVAC systems is highly desirable. Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, pipe threading, and welding techniques. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and team members effectively.

Requirements:

Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License required 3 years of residential or light commercial plumbing experience Ability to read blueprints and follow job plans Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Reliable, self-sufficient, and comfortable working independently Familiarity with gas piping, HVAC tie-ins, or mini split systems is a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
