Driftless Aesthetics

is seeking a skilled and passionate

Aesthetician

to join our fast-growing, client-focused team. If you're driven by results, passionate about aesthetics, and excited to work with a team that blends science with beauty, we want to hear from you.

As part of our clinical aesthetics team, you'll perform advanced treatments, educate clients on skincare, and support our mission of providing holistic, evidence-based aesthetic care in a luxury environment.

What You'll Do:

Perform aesthetic treatments such as

custom facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapy,

and other advanced skin services Conduct thorough

skin consultations

and build personalized treatment plans Recommend and educate clients on

medical-grade skincare routines and products

Document all consultations and treatments accurately in the EMR system Prepare, sanitize, and stock treatment rooms to clinical standards Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Support marketing efforts, events, and promotions as needed

Performance Goals (KPIs):

Client Rebooking Rate:

70%+ within 30 days of last treatment

Appointment Utilization Rate:

85%+ of available schedule filled

Revenue Contribution:

Meet monthly goals for service and product sales

What We're Looking For:

Degree from an accredited aesthetics program

Current Esthetician License in the state of Wisconsin

(Required) Laser Certification or willingness to complete training (Preferred) 2+ years of experience performing advanced skincare treatments (Preferred) Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines Passion for aesthetics, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive, team-first attitude Proficient in client consultations, treatment planning, and documentation

Schedule:

4-hour or 8-hour shifts available Monday through Friday, with some

weekend availability required
