Leverage Finance Associate

Job Description

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial agreements and documentation.
  • Provide legal counsel on leverage finance transactions, including structuring and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for various financial transactions.
  • Advise clients on legal implications of financial strategies and decisions.
  • Support senior attorneys in high-value cases and transactions.
  • Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and provide insights to the team.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

A successful candidate should have:
  • A strong academic background in law and admission to the bar.
  • Experience in leverage finance or a related legal field within professional services.
  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

  • Expected base salary ranging from $310,000 to $390,000 annually. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography.
