Job Description

Position Summary:

The EIDBI Level 2 Provider works directly with clients under the supervision of a Level 1 provider (Clinical Supervisor). This role involves implementing treatment plans, supporting children in center-based and home settings, and collecting data on client progress.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one therapy sessions following the client's individualized treatment plan. Implement behavioral interventions and skill-building programs. Collect and document session data accurately using approved systems. Communicate effectively with the supervising clinician and family members. Participate in team meetings, training, and supervision sessions. Maintain a professional, supportive, and safe environment for clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science or human services field
(e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Speech Pathology, etc.)

OR

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a related field.

Minimum of 2,000 hours of supervised experience providing services to individuals with ASD or related conditions. Must pass DHS background study and meet Minnesota EIDBI Level 2 provider requirements. Reliable transportation and punctuality required. Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
