What You'll Do:



Support:

Work with clients on the phone, via email, and in person to troubleshoot their technical needs and provide them with an easy to understand solution.

Client Relations:

Manage client requests from start to finish with in-depth troubleshooting and excellent customer support.

Problem-Solving:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, networks, and other IT related infrastructure.

Device Management:

Complete customized and complex setups on new computers, ensuring they meet client needs.

Consultations:

Provide expert advice and support to clients in-shop, remotely, and on-site.

Network Support:

Assist with network setup and troubleshooting connectivity issues.

Documentation:

Keep comprehensive records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues for support and collaboration on complex issues and continued training.

Who You Are:



Passionate about Technology:

Eager to investigate and research solutions to technical projects and issues.

Tech-Savvy:

Experienced with Windows and macOS operating systems.

Network Knowledge:

Understands TCP/IP networking concepts.

Eager to Learn:

Enjoys researching and keeping informed about the latest technology advancements, cybersecurity trends, and industry best practices.

Problem Solver:

Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.

Communicator:

Excellent communicator with customer service experience.

Team Player:

Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and helping others succeed.

Requirements:



Valid driver's license. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. High school diploma or equivalent. 2-3 years of experience. Willingness to work in close proximity to colleagues, clients, and equipment.
