Hello from ASG Security and Thank you for Interest!

We are Currently hiring for 4 positions. This is for an immediate Hire! and shifts will start early into next week. shifts will be overnight and one weekend and day shifts during the week as well.

ASG Security is small local company based in Albuquerque NM. We currently looking to hire immediately to help fill in positions!

Ideal candidates need to have to transportation to and from work. pass a background check, drug screen and have a good work ethic, good customer service and communication skills, alert at all times and must be able to fill out detailed reports and be able show up on time for their assigned shifts when scheduled and not 5 minutes late. the clients we need to serve are in a professional setting. the service locations require a clean uniform, which we will supply (i.e) shirts, jacket and if necessary a beanie. this job requires black or navy blue bdu style pants. keep in mind. you will be in a lobby greeting customers as they enter and leave the establishment and look for or report suspicious activity and conduct walk through the property. and if need be, talk with the management on site about any issues or reports hazards such as ice on the sidewalk, glass in the parking lot or a door unsecured etc.

so once again, if you are late, have a poor attitude or not good with customers. please apply elsewhere. preferred candidates must have smartphone device in order to use company appointed apps to clock in.

Responsibilities

Monitor site lobby and stay vigilant in order detect suspicious activity and ensure continuous site security. Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including entry points, parking areas, and sensitive zones, to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access. Authorize access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by verifying identification and issuing passes as needed. Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies by following established protocols; coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating potential disputes while maintaining safety for all parties involved. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches; prepare comprehensive incident reports for management and company. Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying vulnerabilities and implementing preventative measures to protect company assets.

Skills

Previous security experience preferred Ability to remain calm and alert in potential emergency situations. Background in security for situational area awareness and conflict management skills. Excellent conflict resolution skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with site and best practices to deter theft and vandalism. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
