What You'll Do:
Support Clients:
Be the first point of contact for clients seeking IT assistance via phone, email, or our ticketing system.
Client Relations:
Schedule appointments, manage device intake and outtake, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Problem-Solving:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals both in our office and at client sites.
Device Management:
Complete customized setups on new computer, ensuring they meet client needs.
Consultations:
Provide expert advice and support to clients in-shop, remotely, and on-site.
Network Support:
Assist with basic network setup and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Documentation:
Keep detailed notes and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues for support and collaboration on complex issues.
Who You Are:
Tech-Savvy:
Familiar with Windows and macOS operating systems
Network Knowledge (Preferred):
Have a basic understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts.
Problem Solver:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
Communicator:
Excellent communicator with customer service skills.
Team Player:
Enjoy working in a collaborative environment and helping others succeed.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 year+ of experience (preferred).
Willingness to work in close proximity to colleagues, clients, and equipment.
