Process Server - Wilson County, TN (Independent Contractor)

Essential Responsibilities

Travel throughout Wilson County, Tennessee to serve civil court papers to individuals.

Log all delivery attempts through a mobile app.

Complete paperwork with accuracy.

Manage and prioritize jobs in order to consistently meet deadlines.

Scan and upload documents to company portal as needed, no more than once per week.

Time Commitment & Scope

Set your schedule and be your own boss. Work can be done Monday through Saturday.

Your estimated time commitment may range from 10-20 hours per week.

PLEASE NOTE: Work is intermittent, and assigned on an as-needed basis.

Fees

Expect to earn somewhere in the range of $30 to $50 per hour worked.

All work miles driven using your personal vehicle can be deducted from federal income tax at the rate of $0.70 per mile.

Qualifications/Requirements

Process service experience is not required but is a plus. Orientation and learning opportunities are provided.

College degree preferred, but not required.

Reliable vehicle and valid auto insurance.

Reliable smartphone.

Able to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record, and drug/alcohol screening.
