Job Description

We are a mid-size law firm looking for a legal assistant to work in our main office location in North Brunswick. This is a friendly environment for someone who has strong work ethic and is detail oriented.

Primary duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to



Working directly with paralegals and attorneys to prepare and send documents to clients, courts and county clerks; Answering phones and taking accurate messages; Scan documents using scanner and saving documents into firm document management system; Creating and updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets; Heavy use of Microsoft Office

Requirements:



Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office; 2 plus years experience in professional office setting; Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines; Organizational skills; Must have professional appearance.
Candidate must live within 30 minutes of North Brunswick Office.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
