Job Summary



We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Legal Assistant

to join our team at

Scolnick Law

. This position is essential in supporting daily operations, maintaining clear communication within the team, and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.

Responsibilities



Answer and manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate attorneys or staff. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries. Assist with case management and file organization. Monitor and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth operations. Assist with the preparation and drafting of legal documents.

Qualifications



Prior legal experience (law office, paralegal, or legal assistant role). Excellent communication skills. Professional and courteous phone manner.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
