You're the air traffic controller behind every attorney -- scheduling, prepping, organizing, and keeping cases moving forward at full speed. THIS POSITION IS REMOTE Fluency in English and Spanish Preferred To apply, submit your CV here Responsibilities: Your Mission: o Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel with professionalism and urgency o Be the right hand to our attorneys -- draft, edit, and file pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence o Keep court deadlines, hearings, and meetings scheduled and tracked -- no surprises, ever o Organize and maintain client files (both digital and physical) with ruthless efficiency o Follow up relentlessly to keep cases moving o Keep everything tight, clean, and on track Qualifications: Who You Are: o Fluency in English and Spanish preferred o 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, criminal law preferred o You're organized, intense, and allergic to sloppy work o Fast-typing, fast-moving, and laser-focused on details o Experienced with legal CRMs and document management tools (Clio) o Strong communicator -- on the phone, in writing, and in person o Able to handle multiple deadlines, competing priorities, and sudden shifts without losing your cool o Must be highly proficient in technology, software, and application usage About Company: Martine Law is a rapidly growing, fully remote law firm committed to protecting good people during hard times.
