Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced legal team within the legal field. The role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and format legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidential client files and ensure proper document management.
  • Coordinate client communications and schedule meetings as needed.
  • Assist in billing processes, including drafting and reviewing invoices.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations within the department.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion.

A successful Legal Administrative Assistant should have:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
