Our community is in the early stages of a complete transformation -- and we're searching for a driven

Leasing Manager

to help lead the charge. This isn't your typical leasing role -- it's a chance to be part of a full

turn prospects into residents

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Lease-Up Leadership

Develop and execute creative leasing and marketing strategies that bring our rebrand to life. Lead outreach, social media, and digital campaigns that generate buzz and drive traffic. Track occupancy trends, monitor pricing, and report performance metrics regularly. Manage all leasing activities -- tours, applications, follow-ups, and move-ins -- with energy and precision.

Resident Experience & Retention

Maintain clear, upbeat communication with residents during renovation phases. Plan and support community events that keep residents engaged and excited. Respond promptly to inquiries and service needs with professionalism and empathy.

Operations & Administration

Oversee leasing paperwork, rent collection, renewals, and system data accuracy. Conduct property walks to ensure models, grounds, and amenities meet brand standards. Uphold compliance with Fair Housing, company policies, and audit standards.

Schedule Requirements

Must be available to work weekends.

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in propertyt management in leasing. Lease-up experience Preferred Strong marketing instincts and social media savvy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a changing environment. Team player who's motivated, reliable, and ready to lead by example.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
