Overview

Burkely Communities, a locally owned property management company based in Greensboro, NC, is seeking an experienced

Leasing Manager

to lead leasing and marketing efforts at one of our

off-campus student apartment communities

. As a Leasing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating vibrant living experiences for students. Your energetic approach will drive leasing efforts, foster relationships with prospective residents, and ensure that our properties are not just places to live but communities where students thrive. This role plays a key part in achieving occupancy goals, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting the success of both residents and staff.

What you'll do

Lead leasing and marketing operations to maintain strong occupancy at a student community Train, motivate, and support leasing team members Manage social media, advertising, and outreach programs to generate qualified traffic Ensure excellent customer service and resident retention Assist with reports, budgets, and general property operations

What We're Looking For

2+ years of leasing, marketing, or property management experience (1+ year in a lead role preferred) Experience with student housing strongly preferred Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and a passion for resident service

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday Rotating Saturdays, with day off during the week Occasional after-hours events
