JOB TITLE: Leasing Manager - Full Time
REPORTS TO: General Manager
Position Summary:
The Leasing Manager works closely with the leasing team and General Manager to achieve occupancy goals, deliver exceptional customer service, and effectively market and lease the community. This role requires a positive, professional presence, strong organization, and the ability to balance sales execution with day-to-day operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is customer-driven, adaptable, and motivated to create a community where people enjoy living and working.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain strong knowledge of the community, floor plans, pricing, and competitors
Respond to all leads, calls, and inquiries; conduct tours following company standards
Assist with planning and hosting resident events
Guide applicants through the application and leasing process
Assist residents with move-in and move-out processes
Prepare and manage all lease-related paperwork accurately
Assist in identifying leasing challenges and proposing solutions
Ensure marketing, leasing, and operational goals are achieved daily, weekly, and monthly
Design marketing collateral for on-site use and community outreach
Create digital content for social media and other online platforms
Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data in property management systems
Participate in the unit turn process
Write and file service requests as needed
Contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of the office, common areas, and models
Communicate regularly with the General Manager regarding issues and opportunities
Conduct outreach marketing with local businesses, university partners, clubs, and organizations
Track and apply market survey data to drive traffic and leasing performance
Adhere to all company policies and Fair Housing guidelines
Assist with online reputation management and solicit positive feedback
Support resident retention efforts and renewal campaigns
Education/Experience and Technical Requirements:
Dynamic Personality
Understanding of different social media platforms
Graphic Design Experience a plus
Student Housing or Multfamily leasing experience preferred
Entrata experience is a plus but not required.
1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred but not required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills required/Microsoft Office/Excel
High energy with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
A desire to help others and impact your community.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
