Position Summary
P.B. Bell is seeking an experienced and motivated
Leasing Manager
to join our team and help showcase
The Laurel

The Leasing Manager serves as the primary point of contact for prospective residents and plays a key role in supporting the Community Manager with marketing and leasing efforts. This position is responsible for engaging with prospects and residents, effectively presenting the community's features and benefits, successfully closing lease agreements, and addressing resident concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, professional, and highly customer-service oriented, with strong sales and multitasking skills. This role requires general office and computer proficiency to complete daily administrative tasks. Prior property management experience is preferred. Weekend availability is required.
Skills/Requirements
Previous experience in apartment leasing
Professional appearance and demeanor is necessary
Effective sales and closing skills are essential
Excellent interpersonal skills required
Exceptional customer service skills are a must
Must be available to work weekends and some weekdays
