We're looking for a motivated, outgoing person who enjoys connecting with people, learning new skills, and helping our team grow. Willing to train the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

Conduct pre-scheduled property showings and communicate with prospective tenants. Call and follow up with cold and warm prospects to fill vacancies and uncover new opportunities. Prospect for new properties -- door knocking, phone outreach, and research to identify motivated sellers or properties needing work. Keep showing schedules, photos, and lead notes organized for the team.

Pay & Perks:

$500 per rented unit (bonus per lease). Additional bonuses for verified wholesale or investment leads. Flexible schedule with opportunities to take on more hours and responsibilities over time.

Personable, dependable, and motivated to learn. Strong communicator with reliable transportation and a genuine interest in real estate, leasing, or investing.
