Responsibilities and Duties

Presenting the community and lifestyle of our apartment homes to prospective and current residents Achieving individual and property-wide leasing goals Staying current on relevant market issues and competitors Fielding and resolving resident issues to ensure resident satisfaction through all interactions Preparing leases and renewal leases Screening prospective residents for occupancy Interacting with maintenance staff as necessary to resolve maintenance issues

Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office and general computer skills Fair Housing Certification, willingness to obtain prior to interacting with prospective residents
