What You'll Do:

Welcome prospective residents and help them find their ideal home through tours, consultations, and lease processing. Build lasting relationships with residents and contribute to a welcoming, service-focused community. Assist with marketing efforts and resident engagement events. Handle administrative tasks such as processing applications, updating availability, preparing leases, and managing inquiries via phone, email, and text. Ensure apartments are ready for move-in and follow up on any resident concerns.

What We're Looking For:

Customer service or sales experience (prior leasing experience a plus). Strong communication skills and professional presence. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities. Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused approach. Availability to work rotating weekends. Bilingual skills a plus.
