Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property management and provide exceptional customer service. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting potential residents through the leasing process and maintaining high occupancy goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents and provide information on available units
- Assist applicants with the leasing process, including the application process and lease agreements
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current residents
- Respond to inquiries from current and potential residents in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient operation of the property
- Utilize sales techniques to secure lease agreements

- Willingness to help create/host resident events and post to social media platforms

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or administrative roles is preferred
- Strong management skills to handle resident issues effectively
- Excellent administrative abilities with attention to detail
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting available units
- Outstanding customer service skills to engage with residents and address their needs
- Proficiency in office software applications for documentation and communication

Other:

-Must be able to complete a pre-employment background screening including criminal record search, employment verification, and drug screen
- Familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations

Pay is $14-16/hr., based on experience

Health Insurance is available after 90 days

Weekends consist of working every Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
