POSITION:

Leasing Consultant

Location: Park West Apartments

Our Leasing Consultant will assist prospective residents with pre-leasing activities, support new residents' move-in activities, support site-specific marketing initiatives, and use social media to communicate with the community.

Responsibilities:

Support our prospective residents by providing community tours and support through the application process. Support the move-in process for our new residents. Partner with co-workers in planning, promoting, and facilitating resident activities. Participate in marketing initiatives for the property. Utilizing social media to communicate with prospects and residents.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year property management leasing experience preferred Yardi experience preferred Ability to perform work schedule of Tuesday-Saturday
