We are hiring a

Leasing Consultant

for our Community
in Downtown Sacramento, California.

Weekly Schedule (36 Hours): Tuesday through Friday - 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Saturday - 10 AM to 4 PM.

Contributions:

Leasing Consultants are excellent communicators, personable, are solution
oriented and use their expertise to build long lasting relationships with our
residents. As a Leasing Consultant, you will showcase our community
features and lease apartments by phone, onsite presentations and offsite
marketing efforts. You will ensure a smooth renewal process for our
existing residents. You will promote positive resident relations through
exceptional service and resolve issues quickly.

Our ideal candidate:

Strong communication skills to be able to speak clearly and concisely to make appointments and have organized follow-through skills Computer proficient, database, calendar management and social media High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Prior experience in leasing, retail/sales and hospitality

Able to respond to emergency after-hours calls on an alternating weekly schedule

This position is eligible for bonus incentives.

Salary ranges are based on paying competitively for size and industry. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. The ranges shared are for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced or more senior than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
