Leasing Consultant

FUR Property Management is looking for an experienced, highly motivated, self starter to assist in management of 310 units in Middleton and on Madison's west side. Candidate must be able to work some weekends. This is a full time position. FUR Property Management provides a fun and fast pace environment with paid vacation and paid sick time. Spanish / English bilingual a plus.

Candidates must be:

-Available to Work on some weekends

-Sales and Customer Orientated

-Proficient with a computer, emails and typing

-Strong communication via phone, email and in person

Job Duties include

Rent Collection Marketing Resident Retention Assisting Tenants Assist with Showings and Paperwork
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
