Anderson Communities is currently seeking a full-time

Leasing Consultant

to join our growing team at our

Park Lake

community in

Louisville, KY

.


You will combine your sales and marketing skills to connect with and build relationships with prospective residents by introducing them to our award-winning apartment community. Our goal is to provide a pleasant experience for people searching for affordable, high-quality housing and a place to call home. Our Leasing Consultants earn a competitive hourly wage, plus excellent commission opportunities.

Our Consultants average $38K-48K+ annually and determine their income potential.

Duties include:

Maximize property occupancy by generating qualified traffic and networking within the local community Schedule and conduct tours, showcasing options and amenities Process lease agreements and move-in inspections Promote Resident retention and provide excellent customer service Help create and participate in Resident events

Requirements:

Previous, successful sales experience in any industry Previous commission-based sales preferred Excellent customer service skills Must be available to work alternating weekends Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); ability to learn new software Must be drug free and maintain a neat appearance Must be

felony free

and have a

valid driver's license

High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am-6pm; Friday 9am-5pm; Saturday 10am-3pm; Sunday 1pm-4pm Average of 40 hour work week. Consultant working weekend shift will receive a day off during the week.
