Union Hill Properties is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As the first point of contact for current and prospective residents, the Leasing Consultant plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience and representing the quality and values of our community. This role combines sales, customer service, and day-to-day support to ensure both prospective and current residents feel valued and at home.
What You'll Do
Greet and assist prospective residents, presenting the features and benefits of our communities in a polished and professional manner.
Conduct tours, answer questions, and guide applicants through the leasing process to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
Handle resident communications, including phone calls, package room assistance, and general inquiries.
Inspect models, common areas, and market-ready units to maintain a show-ready environment.
Support front office operations, resident events, and community activities.
Monitor online listings, websites, and social media for accuracy and engagement.
Perform outreach with nearby businesses and organizations to promote Union Hill Properties.
Contribute to overall property upkeep by identifying maintenance needs and addressing light cleaning or organization when needed.

Prior leasing experience not required -- we'll train you in Union Hill's unique approach.
Previous face-to-face customer service experience (hospitality, retail, food service, etc.) preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with consistent punctuality.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills are a plus.

Work Background and Experience
Associate's degree
1 year experience with Entrata
1 year experience in Property Management or the Hospitality/Service industry
License/Certification:
Driver's License and vehicle required.
Job Type:
Full Time, weekends as necessary.
Pay
: $17 - $21/ hour plus commissions
